Create a test

Use the three-step wizard to define a hypothesis, audience, variant, and measurement goal.

Choose New experiment and complete three steps: what you want to test, where it should run, and how success is measured. The hypothesis becomes the experiment name. PageDuel estimates eligible traffic from matching visits in the previous 30 days.

Build at least one challenger, select a primary goal, and confirm the snippet is installed. The draft checklist must be complete before launch. Reuse a site goal when possible, or create an experiment-specific page, event, click, or form goal. Secondary goals do not decide the winner.
