Automatic events

PageDuel automatically records pageviews, including SPA history changes, and carries referrer plus UTM acquisition context. It can record outbound link clicks as Outbound Link and file downloads as File Download.

Opt in to 404 tracking with data-track-404 or data-pd-404 on the snippet. Automated WebDriver-controlled browser traffic is ignored to protect reports from test runs.

Automatic collection is intentionally limited. Use custom events for product milestones such as signup completion, form success, or checkout intent.

Allow the PageDuel script and event connection under a strict CSP.
